Our services focus solely on pitching, content development, and other marketing efforts. Listener estimates are based on past campaigns; however, we cannot guarantee any specific results, such as an increase in streams, listeners, or other metrics, as a result of your campaign.

We only accept tracks that we believe can meet our estimates, but sometimes listeners may not connect with a song, which could cause the campaign to fall short. If your promotion does not meet our minimum estimate, we will provide a full refund. We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us so we can work together to find a resolution. This approach protects both the artists and our reputation, allowing us to continue delivering trustworthy services for years to come.

Customers may cancel or pause their subscriptions at any time through their customer dashboard. We provide a grace period for our subscription customers who have graduated from our services but forget to cancel their subscription. This grace period lasts for 3 days after your renewal.
