After services have been fully rendered, Creator Uplift will not be able to provide refunds, though we will partner to provide reasonable accommodations within the billing cycle.
Customers may cancel or pause their subscriptions at any time through their customer dashboard. We provide a grace period for our subscription customers who have graduated from our services but forget to cancel their subscription. This grace period lasts for 24 hours after your renewal.
