Refund Policy

At Creator Uplift, we are committed to delivering high-quality placements and ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the placements we secure, we will issue a full refund.

After 30 days from the date of the original purchase, services have been fully rendered and Creatoruplift.com will not be able to provide a refund. 

This policy applies exclusively to purchases of our Basic, Pro, and Spotlight plans. Custom orders are not covered by these same terms and will instead have specific conditions and guarantees agreed upon separately. 

Customers may cancel or pause their subscriptions at any time through their customer dashboard. We provide a grace period for our subscription customers who have graduated from our services but forget to cancel their subscription. This grace period lasts for 3 days after your renewal.
